After fighting with budget consultant Portia Sibiya at claims department i requested her to escalate my matter to her manager, she also took her time to do that but in two days after the escalation to her manager Laura Jacobs ( Internal dispute resolution)my matter was resolved and i appreciate her so much for her assistance and may god bless her.
