Would have made it 5 stars if it wasn't for the lengthy process it took to eventually get to the actual person to assist - she is a star by the way. It was a very unnecessarily long phone call, having to chat with a bot and then a human who also passed me to the next person only to have to confirm my personal details for a 3rd time. Please bring back a working formula 🌻
