Worst worst worst service! When you go through a traumatized time and are ****** of all your valuable things, some support from your insurance is needed!!! On items that sentimental value cannot be purchased back you try and at least get the value back of what you insured it for, but all Budget offers is peanuts!!! And the consultant fails to speak in a respectable manner and fails to give feedbac****

When they sell you the policy they are quick to give you a rediculous premium on the value you have provided on your items, which one excepts because the items are precious, and they are happy to except the premium from you!!!BUT the moment you claim, they have all kinds of stories and no sympathy!!!!!!
