Worst Service from Budget Insurance

<p>I've Insured for Apple Iphone 5S 16Gb mobile. When I lost my mobile and claimed it they gave me options to chose the phones which are eigther high in price or not matching to my requirment. Finally I decided to take the Apple Iphone SE 16Gb and I asked for the Space Gray coloru for which they told they have to order and also confirmed that they ordered the phone and asked me to pay the excees amount for my claim.</p> <p>As they order the Space Gray Apple Iphone SE 16gb mobile I happily paid the exccess fee and eagerly waiting for the my phone. After 5 days they agina called me ans saying Apple Inc is not producing the phones any more and I have to chose the options whaterver available. Then I mailed the South African Apple Value Addded Distributor which is the offical distributor for the apple in south africa asking them whether they have communication from Apple stating "Apple Iphone SE 16gb Space Gray mobiles are discontinued" and they rep**** me</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>"Kindly be advised that we do still receive stock from Apple for the iPhone SE 16GB Space Grey, it is purchase at most of the iStores. We have not have received any communication on our side that this specific model will be discontinued.</strong> "</p> <p> </p> <p>Even though the manufacturur didn't discontinued the mobile phones the Insurance company and its partners are clearly misleading the customers for their own benifit. This is hights of cheating. As a consumer it is my right to choose a product which is not discontinued and still available in the market. </p> <p> </p>
