worst service ever pathetic

what pathetic horrible service, I'm now starting to hate budget insurance. These guys don't get back to you, they don't keep you informed, they literally don't care yet they are the 1st guys to debit your account before month end. all their ads are false, they are the worst insurance i ever had. i've never experienced such bad service in my life. My wife has an accident 9 days ago and we still havent had any feedback. I spoke to Samantha, Aaliya, Natalie Peggy and Livhuwani and they all said they will get back to me, but none of them did, yet they all want good rating on Hello Peter. i regret changing to budget. When gettin cover, they talk the best, say all the good things you want to hear but they are useless when it comes to claims. They don't care about their clients but they are damn greedy for sales. When you call for sales, they answer with lightning speed but call for claims and you wait forever. They ask you a million questions for claims, spend hours on the phone and then say its declined and all because of their staff members miscommunication. BUDGET should not even be an insurance company because they have the worst customer care ever. I will never recommend Budget to anyone, you will suffer with them . They only good to take your money. the staff are also pathetic.
