Worst service ever

I'm extremely disappointed with budget insurance, my car was taken in for repairs on the 21st of February. I still don't have my car back. And it does not look like I'll be getting it any time soon because I'm told it is still at the panel beating department. I'm currently shopping for a new insurance as I am not happy at all, I'm paying for a car that's not in my possession. I will also be moving the insurance for my company as well, I've never felt so disregarded and it's clear budget doesn't really car about their customers as long as they get what's theirs.
