Worst service ever!!!

Budget insurance has failed me I'm writing this letter to express my anger.

I put in a claim in June for items that were ****** that were worth +200k and after 3months of bad service from a consultant named Tanya I'm being told my claim is only paying out R60 000, which doesn't make sense how they got to 60k, they asked me to send them receipts of the ****** items which some I tried to retrieve and some I couldn't get because honestly who keeps their receipts for items bought years ago? I'm paying premiums without any hassle but I'm getting bad service and being ****** of the amount I'm supposed to be getting.. 3 months of bad service!! Consultant not even bothering to update me on the claim.
