Worst Service Ever!
The worst service ever received from any insurer in my life. 2 weeks, 13 calls and almost 2 hours of holding and I’m still not closer to knowing what’s going on with my windscreen claim. If it takes this long and is this difficult to sort out a simple windscreen claim after being with them for more than 6 years, what happens should I have a serious claim. ******* insurer! Claims handler always of a break and never returns calls. Absolute mess.
