Worst service ever...

I cancelled my policy because of bad service, the confirmation letter did not state the true reason why I cancelled. They wrote that I can't afford the policy anymore. I had a problem with the tyre and rim add on on the policy. Nobody was sent to do a assessment when I got a cut on the side wall of my brand new tyre. I phoned to complain about the confirmation letter, then they only changed it to cancel because of bad service.
