Worst service ever

I met in car accident on 14 may 2018. Budget insurance gave me a coursety for 15 days. They have now collected the car I have no transport to go to work. I asked for to use it one more they told it will cost r2000. I'm already in so much of stress my insurance is adding to the stress. I don't have transport to go to work tomorrow. my car was written off now insurance doesn't want to replace or settle full amount. I need the car to travel to work. I feel so disgusted by bad service I received thus far. I have been paying for the insurance for years it the first time I have been in a car accident. I want budget insurance to replace my car or settle the amount. I have been a loyal client for years now I'm receiving such bad service. How can I pay for a car I don't have . What kind of insurance is this some sort of joke. what the use of having insurance if they can't help. When I claim it now a problem. My insurance is suppose to bring a solution not add to the stress and heartache I'm feeling. I want this sorted. I want a coursety car until everything is sorted.
