WORST SERVICE

After being a loyal client of Budget Insurance for 6 years with all premiums up to date;suddenly my car is in an accident and I am being taken from pillar to post. From TIH Consultants who want me to get case numbers of drunk drivers who were arrested and 3rd parties who refuse to answer phones. When I logged the claim I was told by a Deloshni that my car was assessed for repair and the car was write off. The final decision I was told would be on the 19 of November now the goal post has moved to the 22nd. I can only assume what is coming up next. I regret being a client with this insurer, if you happen to see this and looking for insurance opt for other insurers, if you are with budget already make sure to switch insurances as soon as possible. From 9th of November to 21 November no updates on claim, I have to do the follow ups myself!! What a SHAME!!
