Worst service... Budget appointed unapproved repairer for my car, gave pathetic service, pirated parts, damaged my car further!,

In November last year, I had an accident, I submitted my claim and it was approved.

Because I had just paid my vehicle up the previous month, Budget decided to take my vehicle to a repairer who was not vw approved. The repairer, automagic, because they were far from where I am, they appointed their own repairer, Supertech, in my area, who performed a pathetic job in my car, used pirated parts, claimed for things that were not done so they could increase the bill. I did bring this to budget's attention, but they did not look into the matter.

I akso did contact budget immediately after I had received my car, complaining about the job done on my car, they said they would investigate, they never did until I decided to cancel the insurence with them. Because during the period the my car was in for repairs, I had decided to buy a new car, which I since have been using, keeping the other one parked in the garage until one day that I decided to use it, the car then started making some noise, indicating that something was not right in the front, evenually, it started to show a oil warning, I decided to take it to the repairer, on my way to the repair, then the timing belt broke, and they denied having touched the engine, stating that my complain was a result of wear and tear, I believe they did not want to acknowledge that it is their fault that they could not spot the damage right after the accident. They also questioned why I had to bring it after such a long time, but I had already mentioned to them that it was because te car is always parked since I bought a new one.

NB, my car was bought brand new in 2013, and had never been involved in an accident before.
