Worst Service! Broken Promises!
I took the insurance on the 06th, the consultant captured my details incorrectly, I called to correct it, the second consultant promised to have it fixed, but it still wasn't fixed. So far I have spoken to 4 consultants and all promises to have my details fixed. Surprisingly they took their money from my account without hussles. This is bad, very bad for a first time car owner!!!!!!! I'm still waiting for the accountants to send me the ammended document! It's draining to keep calling the call center every other hour!!!

As usual I called and got a consultant (Mosa) who transferred me to another one (Zandile) who is sending an email to Larisa or Marisa.
So it's still a painful experience of being transferred around!!!!!!
I don't get what's the point of having consultants who can't help customers at the get go!!!
