Worst service
The worst service ever. At first they told me that my premium would be R1200 however they debited me R1600 and that is after al my efforts of calling them , wasting my airtime trying to sort it out. They reassured me that a ticket will be logged for me a week ago however today to my surprise a debit order went off . I have asked them over and over again to cancel my insurance but they not cancelling it. Budget was the worst decision ever and I regret ever giving them my banking details
