Worst service
I submitted my claim on the 8th of June, consultant keep telling me that claim is with senior consultant. no one gives me a feedback i have to phone myself. My claim is been pending ever since no feedback form Budget. Their service is horrible. They promised me the world when I took this policy. I'm frustrated I can't think straight.
