Worst Road Side Assistance Ever
Worst insurance ever...I had such a traumatizing experience this morning whilst on my way to work and my vehicle switched off. Immediately I called budget to assist to either send me a tow or some sort of assistance, I asked the consultant to hold whilst awaiting a response from the dealership, the consultant hung up and didn't bother returning the call. I tried calling numerous times and no answer...I am paying over R1000 for a **** policy...I had outsurance prior to this and I REGRET leaving them to save R10 from a pathetic company like budget...
