Worst insurer ever

This is the worst insurer i have ever done businesses with. I submited a claim for my some of my appliances that failed after we had power failures due to bad weather. They send a company called Kumo Digetal solutions to come and collect my items for assessment. They told me my claim was unsuccesful as my led tv backlight failed due to wear and tear. A backlight is an electrical component that consists of a set of led strips. Witch is electrical components that do not move and cannot fail due to wear and tear. So they can try to tell this story to their other customers that do not know anything about electricity and get away with it but not me. I have my own appliance and refrigeration company that works with elecrical components every day. I asked for the name of the technician that did the assessments and the companys accreditations but they refuse to give me anything.I asked for a proper in depth report on the cause of the failures but was told to contact their disputes department who also does not reply to my emails. This company is just here to take your money and not give a dam about you or your property. Everywhere i go i will warn people about this company...
