Worst Insurance, Useless staff

<p>I took out insurance with Budget on the 7th May, my premium went off on the 9th May. When I took delevery of my car on Thursday and Immediatly called to make sure i am covered. I was told dont worry your cover started on 7 May. Sa****ay my car just died and i was stranded. i called budget and they told me i am not on the system but they can help me on a cash basis where i have to pay R450. I was furios because how can a premium go off for budget ins now I am not on the sytem. I was stranded on the side of the road for 6hours in the rain before I got hold of a family member to tow me. I am utterly disgusted in budget ins</p>
