WORST INSURANCE IN SOUTH AFRICA. DONT DO IT!!!

If there was a 0 rating i would definitely rate Budget insurance exactly that. I got into a car accident 2 weeks ago and my car is still not fixed and there is barely any communication on what is happening. We agreed on a R9000 excess and now they are lying and saying they informed me about an additional Excess of R2000 on top of the R9000. I dont understand why i even bother paying insurance because i have been spending hundreds on uber the past 2 weeks while my car is parked undrivable at my home. Please learn from my mistake, dont use budget insurance.
