Worst Insurance I have come across

Don't waste your time with this company. Their client bumped my vehicle. Budget insurance agreed to repair the damage. The funny part is that they don't have a mobile accessor, so they only rely on the images/pictures that you will send them to make the quotation. Based on pictures their quotation came out less than half of the actual price required to fix the vehicle. They insisted I should use second-hand parts regardless of the fact that my vehicle had a warranty.

When I asked them to review the quotation they kept on deducting the quotation amount instead of adding the costs of damages missing in their quotation.

I spoke to their accessor who was willing to review the quotation but he later called me to say the insurance had told him to use second-hand parts prices which further reduced the quotation (I was shocked).

At last I spoke to Gugulethu who came clear that they won't change their quotation and I will have to take care of the remaining 13,000R difference.

After hustling with them for more than three months, I decided to take what was on the table and cover the difference with my own money. I was just tired, they are like a moving target.

It took them 3 weeks to deposit the money after I had signed the papers instead of the 3 -5 days that was stated on their papers.

Most of the panel beater shops don't wanna hear about this company. Don't waste your time with them. Just go for a reputable insurance company and have peace of mind
