Worst insurance ever ***** as well

I got into an accident on 20th of march and i was the one at fault so because i had comprehensive cover with budget insurance i thought they would speed up the process so that the 3rd party claim is processed as this was inconveniencing the other party but now its been almost 3 months and the company that deals with third party claims (telesure) made an assessment of the other party’s car based on pictures they never came to assess the car and the damage done to the car then they just made up the market value and deducted the salvage amount without even assessing the car physically now the other party feels cheated cause the money they offering wont be enough to fix his car…. I mean whats the point of having comprehensive cover if it does not put the third party’s interests seriously… by the way im also struggling with my claim as well but I’ll write another review for that specifically
