Worst insurance ever!!

This is the worst insurance. Don't even think about it. After my accident, instead of paying out my claim, they decided to conduct a forensic report where they calculated velocities and speed that could have led to rim of the car being damaged to the extent it was, and due to that my claim was declined. Up to this day I am paying a car that isn't there and deep in debt.

As discussed, we have noted that the matter was previously reviewed by our Internal Dispute Department as well as by the Ombudsman for Short Term Insurance where we could not be faulted for our decision.

We have therefore closed our file on the matter.
