Worst insurance ever !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

On the 14 /12/2018 i had a terrible accident when i was ****** at my gate by lady at gunpoint , he requested i de-activated my alarm in the house and made a phone call and called his team , they took almost everything , i logged a claim last year where my insurance requested the details from the MML security and police case number , on the 30th they send me a letter that within 14days if i don't submit the receipt they will reject my claim. i sent all the receipt that i manage to recover till today the Chris Olivier from Telesure is still saying he checking out one invoice out of all provided from one shop to validate , he requested my neighbor number , the detective on my case , my boss number he called them and confirm the incident he came to the house took pictures and he came to my work till today im still waiting , please help me, this so traumatizing and very stressful for me and my girls as they have lost their belongings also, i choose Budget as i had a good experience with them when i had an accident with my 1st car there were caring but its a different story am so disappointed and regret why did i choose them

on the 15/02/2019 i received a call from Chris Olivier that he will contact me on Monday then Monday he never call then on Tuesday sent a mail saying he want to meet the store owner of the Pawn shop where i bought some few item for kitchen slow cooker , coffee machine etc...He said the (WHITE OWNER ) checked with my identity number and said he does not have record of me in the store , he accused me of a **** slip, since when do they take your details in pawn shop buying cash, I have requested for the WHITE owner name so that i can take it to ombudsman and consumer assist and also to my lawyers , its very sad that when sell the business to you they treat as valuable but when you claim you are a suspect , it is an offense to be called a **** , this has been a torture to my family after being torn up by the ****s now its insurance the people that suppose to assist and help you, To other women who might think to join budget please don't , when they insure the don't want the slips but when you claim they need the serial numbers that you provide and receipt and still reject as **********, i will continue informing people about the stress and trauma i have received with budget, am so disappointed and very angry .

What frustrate me the most is he requested receipt i sent about 40pagesof all that i could come across ,the cellphone , laptops, and furniture ,3TV, home theaters, sound system he requested the pictures of my furnish which i did , he has been to my house he has all the serial number for almost everything that was taken, he took pic of my empty wardrobes for the whole family but because of Pawn shop that say they don't know me who are less than 7km from my house , iam so angry
