Worst Insurance

This is the worst insurance anyone could ever go with! My car was involved in an accident they told me that they have a company in EL that does there cliams and repairs the cars which is EL Panel beaters. My car was there for 3 weeks on top of the fact that I had to fight with them because they were not ready on the date they gave me they returned my car with a broken aircon and my cars fan on! I went back and they denied having done the damage yet when they had to put my headlight back they broke my bumper and now the deny having broken my aircon. I took the car back left it for the whole day there just to be told that they are still waiting for an accessor to come. The worst part is that the company Budget insurance that I have been paying on time and paid the access fee can do absolutely nothing yet they sent me to this *********** company how does that work!!!
