Worst insurance

Disappointed with this so called Budget Insurance level of their service. It's absolutely pathetic. I was involved in an accident on the 17 February 2025 til today I am taken pillar to post regarding my claim. They do not even bother to call you and update you as to how far they are with their process. You are literally in the dark unless you have to follow them around. Once they close to the date when feedback must be provided, you receive a sms stating your claim is validated with another week. They do not know how to treat customers, they do not deserve even that 1 star I gave them.
