Worst insurance company.

Hi my name is Collette Govindsamy I recently change insurances from first 4 woman to budget it was the worst thing I ever done. On the 6 December 2021 while coming back from our hoilday to Margate my car switched off. I called them from 9am i was asked if I was in a dangerous lonely area and I rep**** yes i was. I called 3 time only then my issued was logged I asked for a towing service. From 9am they guy only got to me around 12. He was so unprofessional as his girlfriend had to pull my car on the flat bed she was the one operating the tow truck never in my life did I make such a major wrong choice to join budget. I have video and pictures of my incident I only reached home at 3pm. Were is budget they promise us they will send help especially when we in a lonely area. No help at all came. From 9am I sat on the roadside with my kids and hubby were there no civilization or people around no help. We were frighten and scared for our life. They I asked if they could assist us with a ride home. They refused to we had to try and get help from googling yet this is my insurance company that promise us the world to join. Only once I came hme did I realise that we do have a benefit for taxi service yet the agent **** to me. I was stuck 120 km from home no help no assistance. From 9am I got home only at 3pm. Is this what budget is about. I semd through all my videos pictures it gone 2 weeks no reply yet.
