Worst insurance company ever.

Dont use this company. Be warned. They have an excuse for everything. I had a burst pipe in my kitchen. The pipes are in the wall. I was told its poor maintenance as i had to check the pipes..... I asked them how do they propose i do that. There response.... Use a xray machine. Really? The arrogance of these people. Claim denied. I also had damage to my pool. Claim denied as they deduced it's poor workmanship. They just come up with excuses. I cancelled my insurance as I believe whatever happens there will be an excuse to not settle.
