WORST INSURANCE COMPANY EVER

My car was collect on the 4 January - we have been promised a report regarding this claim since the 22 January 2026 - to date 10 February 2026 we have heard absolutely nothing BUT my vehicle is being returned without a report or any correspondence to the policy holder as to why and what is going on. The worst insurance ever - over a month with my car and still we have not heard from you guys.

Your usual response to every complain is that you will escalate the matter - but how does Budget operate if their clients don't have a clue what is going on?? i have all the emails on request - this is simply not acceptable!!!! You guys are quick to debit our accounts but we receive no assistance!
