Worst Insurance Company,

Worst experience with this insurance company. When it’s time to pay claims, they start looking for gaps or technicalities in the client’s responses to avoid paying out. They don’t take the time to properly advise clients all they seem to care about is collecting premiums.

The staff also appear poorly trained and give inconsistent answers on the same issue depending on who you speak to. Very disappointing service. I would not recommend this insurance company.
