Worst insurance

I have been trying to get hold of you regarding the vehicle that was damaged when it was delivered to me . You requested the pictures of which I sent to you, on the 29/03/2023 I made a follow up the the consultant said you said you will call me in an hour, but unfortunately I never heard from you. I called again on the 30/03/2023 and i spoke to Thandeka Mtshali and said she will let you know i called, again I never received a call. I called again at 15:45 and spoke to Thezne Mckenzie she told me that she will send you an email I am really not happy with the service I am receiving from BUDGET INSURANCE. This is the worst insurance I ever dealt with. Salatiel you are such worst employee to be kept but again I am sure you taking orders from the top...
