Worst experience ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 1st claim after almost 3years with the insurance, my claim got rejected based on assumptions. The consultant (John Phiri) assumes I've deliberately drove my car into a deep excavation or pushed my car in a deep excavation mean while i was alone in the car, how is that possible to push the car and be inside of it when accident occurred? A scene of accident was visited by the assessor 7days later and they still expect to see tyre marks on the road where the was construction taking place
