WORST!!!! DONT WANT TO PAY MY 3RD PARTY CLAIM!!! NO FEEDBACK

My Car was written off on the 26 of April 2018, where a truck drove into me on the highway that want my fault i had to pay the excess. Today's date is 19 December 2018 which is a total of 9 MONTHS!!! I am still waiting for my excess to be paid!!!!! They have stories after stories!!! saying the will call me back and follow up!!!! The first time i phoned the complaints department only then they gave me an answer which was they will only pay 60% of my excess!!! And that is not acceptable!!! I am still waiting for a response!!! this is totally the worst insurance company ever!!!!! ALSO THEY LADY THAT IS "HANDLING" MY CLAIM SAID THEY ARE ASKING FOR MORE MONEY WHICH IS DOUBLE AMOUNT I PAID!! FALSE PROMISES!!!!!!!!!!!!!
