Worst customer service experience by Deepak Kangloo. I called to enquire about the process of my refund. The response I received was not pleasant. I even had to ask the Deepak to apologize on behalf of budget... he did not yse the correct approach for a frustrated customer. My refund had not yet been processed I had to call and request for them to process it. Jnstead of an apology for the delay he told me that the system had instructions. *the instruction was only done when I called to find out* he was non chalang to the fact ghat I initiated the process of my own refund despite havjbb paid j surabce for a service of which he had to do. It's very painful that this is jow hidden treats their customers
