Worst customer service!!!

Budget Insurance may have cheap premiums but they have the worst customer service ever. If there was a way to give 0 star I would have given them 0. I had an incident few weeks ago where I hit a pothole and both my wheels on driver side (right) went flat. I called Budget and they made arrangement to collect my car. I explained to the lady that my battery is about to die and I dont have transport to go back home. She told me that she will organize a car for me. Tow truck came, collected the car and left. I was stranded and if it wasn't for my friend I would have walked home in a freezing cold weather.
