Worst Contact Time
Terrible experience waiting for the past week to get through " high call volumes" to simply cancel a policy. Messages & emails fall on deaf ears and the Whatsapp is a dumbot that doesn't understand CANCEL Policy. Someone in the Cancellations Department please call me asap.
