WORST CHEAP INSURANCE EVER!!!

I’ve never in my life thought I could insure any of my vehicles with budget insurance,for obvious reasons. Their name screams CHEAP and I’m not a cheapskate. But after seeing a ton of their tv commercials selling a bunch of BS which frankly no one should be sold on, i decided to put my money on them,boy! Do I regret that decision right now!!!!?😡Well not only are their premiums cheap they are cheap because they will find a reason NOT to PAY OUT A CLAIM!!!!

I submitted a claim, first after sending them my tracker trip report they said my avarage mileage for the month of the incident was above the mileage I declared when taking out the policy. Then I sent a logbook for the same month because the mileage they were telling me about smelled like a ton of 💩 there was no way that would’ve been possible.

After seeing that my mileage for the month of the incident is lower than they said,they are now saying my mileage was calculated over 3 months. How???!! What does November mileage have anything to do with February mileage? And isn’t the month of an incident considered? Also where did you get mileage for the other months to add them to February mileage? Was the 3 months calculation thing mentioned to me during a sales call?? Also still waiting for feedback on what was the excess amount agreed to during a sales call.

No answer to my questions only I got was “if you want to dispute you may contact…”***???!!
