Worst car insurance you can get

My car got bumped in May well besides the fact that i waited for my car to be back for over a month. They did not even have the decency to say that they did not authorize for some parts affected by the accident. But for the mere fact that they did not even notice that my hooter wasn’t working but they still insist that it did go for inspection. Ohhh and then they took my car to re new greenstone. They also “forgot” to check if my hooter is working even though the car had been with them for over 4 weeks. I had to return my car for it to get sorted. Their work was so messy there was glue like substance on my side mirror that was supposed to be fixed. Instead of properly removing it it seemed they just scrubbed it off leaving my side mirror cover with a dent. Then I report to my insurance regarding my frustration did my insurance ever follow up regarding my complaint no now my car is still sitting without its side mirror cover for over 4 weeks. I do not which one is worse between this two companies.
