Worst car insurance ever

This is the worst insurance please don’t use it. I took a car insurance with Budget insurance to cover the car that was still by the dealer. The after a day or so of taking the insurance things didn’t go as planned so I called them to cancel the insurance as I was not taking the car anymore but Monique from Budget insurance told me that they will cancel it and not refund me. I was surprised because they expected me to pay for a car that I didn’t have. She further told me to ask the ask the dealer to write her an email to confirm that the car is indeed still by the dealer so the dealer did confirm that the car is still by him and I didn’t purchase it. It’s been over 12 days waiting for my refund and when I call them they make me hold the phone for more than 30 minutes only to tell me that they are still working on the issue or the manager is in a meeting. I’m confused because everyday is a different story and they don’t want to refund me. If you want a peace of mind and an insurance that you can trust don’t choose budget insurance.
