Worst and negligent service
I got into an accident on the 08th of May 2022 and the claim was approved on 20th May 2022 however they have appointed panel beaters called Renew It but they later change to fleet something panel beaters. The car was never collected at the renew it panel beaters and my insurance company was not aware of that, they were made aware of me when the fleet panel beaters send me a massage on the 25th May 2022 stating that they waiting for the car. When I informed Earl from claims he said i must not worry about that massage they have already arranged everything however he realized the car has not been move and organized the move only than after he called the panel beaters. I escalated this matter to their complaints department and all they did is give a miss call and a turnaround period of 5 to 7 days using email method. My car was only received by the fleet panel beaters on the 17th June 4 weeks after the approval and now the rented car period ends on the 25th June 2022 while my car is not even started.
I seriously need extension date with the rented Car because I use my car for work purposes as well.
I have been sending emails to Corine Tonder from complaints and she not even respond to my emails
The service here is very bad extremely bad

After all the complaints I communicated with Budget insurance , my car was brought back in a worst state with oil mixing water and all that is said its was not part of the accident.
1. My car was taken on the scene on the 08th May and the claim was approved on the 20th May 2022, my insure was not aware where my car was until I informed them about massages of my car whereabouts( I was communicating with Earl ) after 3 weeks.
Note : In that 3 weeks my car battery was tempered with all the time by people that was not given the right to work on my car. My netstar devices was missing and the car came back with a spare tyre and not the original tyre and no one was held accountable. How many things was damaged because no one took responsibility for my car
2. Access of R100 50 was paid for a polo vivo worse but only the left side was painted which cost about R6k and labour R8k, honestly I could have have done this myself
3. Your process is flawed, no one explained the damages to the car not even the engine damages only was this done after i complained but the first assessment would have picked up that the car mixed water with oil which was never was never picked up. So who assessed the car in the first place if now I'm told an expert who assessment my car
