Worse service for tyre clam

I am experiencing terrible service at budget insurance, I have submitted my tyre claim, it's been an hour waiting and tried to call make follow up but when I call them they keep hanging up my calls, frustrated as I am, tiger wheel will close while waiting for these iliterate consultants who can't do their work, they have been telling me that they will call me back but none assisted me or to call me back. I am experiencing terrible service, I will never recommend anyone to join with this bad service. They have worse service, everything is submitted but there is no one to help me, worse service of budget insurance! Now I stay days without tyres because of *********** customer care.
