Worse service ever from budget insurance

Worse service ever, My car is at the repair for 4 months now, when I asked them how long are we going to wait for this parts the response is “we don’t know “ on the other side I should continue paying monthly instalments. When I called the customer service “we are escalating you’re matter, someone will call you” but nothing, The service is very poor
