Worse service ever

A claim was logged with budget insurance on the 16th of December for a radiator issue it was collected buy a towing company on the 18th ever since then our car is not back and everytime my husband calls them he has been sent back and forth. The car is now with Consolidated auto Ford our won't be released to us without budget paying them this has been so frastration because no one at budget insurance wants to take ownership for this claim we have been very patient with budget but they are taking advantage It's my birthday tomorrow we had plans but I have to cancel because of your inconveniences
