Worse insurance ever, very disappointed with your services

I got bumped by a person whose insured with budget and made a claim as a third party, it's been 3weeks now going to 4 and am worried that the bumper is getting worse & worse. It'll eventually fall off since I've put a claim with them. I mean your client was the one in the wrong why must I be the one that has to endure this.Am very disappointed at the snail pace that this claim is taking, am inconvenienced unnecessarily while someone out there their lives goes on as normal. Am in this mess due to their client, Is this fair on me? There is no communication nothing till todate. Am very disappointed with budget insurance, worse service ever.
