Worse.. I am Yanga I...
Worse.. I am Yanga Ivory Xoxo. I am so disappointed with Budget I have been involved in a Car accident twice. They never paid me even though I have been faithfully paying my premiums. The first time I had to fix my own car. I want unsubscribe. I feel ****med. They blame it on the cover I chose. I asked their Agent to get me the cheapest cover like everybody else I want to save, that's what they promise when they selling these covers. Savings. I did not ask for a cover where I won't be paid when involved in accidents I mean thats the primary reason why we insure cars.

26 Sept 2023, 12:29They did. Theres Is no hope for they pointing me to a policy. I was sure I am covered on all aspects. Accidents primarily and these other one as added values. I have been warned that insurers would look for a loophole to avoid living up to their promise, I should have kept those 400 and something premiums for a local panel beater..
