WORSE, HORRIBLE SERVICE

30 July I submitted a claim and was ignored. Until I followed up with several calls on the 5/6 of August, the claim was only registered on the 8 of August. I am claiming for more than 1 component on my claim, and all these components are not excluded from the cover. They only approved a clutch component up to R4000, to my surprise all other elements are completely excluded. I disputed and did not go anywhere, The R4000 was promised to be paid within 3-4 working days, it's been 3 weeks now, I am constantly following up and no response.

This company neglected me, they keep ignoring me and have the worst service. Their service makes me SICK
