Worse experience ever

Since I made a claim on the 13th of April with budget insurance and till date my car isn't repaired. There is no communication. For me to get updates I have to call, wait for 15 minutes before I get the exact feedback. On the 3rd of May when I called they said an assessor (Mpho) will call me to give me feedback from the Panelbeater and that didn't happen, I had to call the Panelbeater myself. The Panelbeater they chose(Chris craft nelspruit) said parts will be delivered yesterday, they will call me. I didn't receive any call and today when I try to make a follow up; I'm told that 'Phiona' is currently busy. Will my car ever be fixed???
