Worse Car insurance ever!

Budget is super useless and I'm getting more and more annoyed just waiting. When they take your money you don't have to remind them but anything else that requires them to work you have to chase them. I had an accident on Friday the 30th of Aug 2019. I reported the accident and I was told that the turn around time is 48hrs. I was then told that the assessment would be done on Monday the 2nd of Sept 2019 and that they would get back to me on Tuesday the 3rd of Sept 2019 the latest with the assessment results. Today its 5th of Sept 2019 and I am being told that they are still awaiting the assessment results, What kind of a car assessment takes 4 days? I am very ****ed right now because these people are flipping playing games with me, what is it that they are assessing for 4 days?
