Wonderful experience being assisted by an agent Nompumelelo Molefe. She explained clearly to me what is needed for the status of my claim. She is very competent and knows what to do. I will have to say that the other agent assigned to my claim Bulelwa Peter was completely clueless and utterly unprofessional. Please consider giving Nompumelelo Molefe a higher position because she clearly is interested in what she does
