woa what a *******
i took out a house insurance. was never advised of the admin fees. i have been billed R180 extra which they claim is their admin fee. the sales consultant never advised me of this amount. i then called the call centre to enquire and was advised that they will listen to the call and contact me back . i regret ever taking out this policy.
