Wish I could give 0 stars!!!!
I receive a call every few days from budget insurance VAP person about a scratch and dent policy that I asked to cancel a whole 2 months ago - every single time they call they advise they will cancel it for me and they just drop the line.
Just now I spoke to someone named Anthony who did exactly the same thing - honestly I am tired of the lies and just want this policy cancelled. Poor service, empty promises and clearly the customer is not the most important thing at Budget insurance.
